Hi, I’m Holly Inverarity and this is Reframe Retreats — your invitation to move your body, calm your mind, and feel more like yourself again.

I’ve been teaching pilates since 2010, and I’ve poured everything I love about mindful movement into creating these unique and refreshing retreats. Since 2016, I’ve run a wide range of retreats, from luxury escapes to back-to-nature weekends, in locations across the UK, Europe, and Canada. On a Reframe Retreat, you’ll find a balanced blend of movement, rest, good food, fresh air, great company, and time to just be. No rigid schedules, no expectations—just plenty of space to move, breathe, unwind, and enjoy.

Each retreat is thoughtfully curated, with a balance of dynamic movement and restorative meditation sessions, delicious and nourishing food, and of course, the time and space to relax. Whether you're looking to reset your energy, reconnect with your body, or simply enjoy a change of scenery, there's a place for you here.

    Move

    Each retreat includes daily pilates sessions designed to energise, strengthen, and restore. Sessions are accessible, inclusive, and tailored to suit all levels. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body and confident in your movement.
