Step into the Canadian wilderness for a mini retreat designed for nature lovers. The Wild Wellness mini retreat will be held 30–31 July 2025 (2 days / 1 night) at Red Bay Lodge in Ontario. Come and experience a cosy, rustic escape where movement, fresh air, and connection take centre stage.
Wake up in your own private wooden cabin, then start the day with pilates under the tall forest trees. Cool off with a swim in the fresh water lake, watch the sun set over the bay, and spend the evening gathered around the campfire. Between sessions, there’s time to wander the forest trails, relax in the lodge’s quirky, character-filled spaces, or simply sit back and take in the view.
All meals are freshly prepared by local chefs, with hearty, nourishing flavours to keep you fuelled and happy. This mini retreat is your chance to recharge, breathe deeply, and enjoy the beauty of Ontario in summer.
